It started with this sketch by fabric | ch of an "automatic candlestick lighting configuration" if two persons where sitting in front of each other (thats' why we choose the "light" function for the demo robots btw), then other configurations and functions naturally came into the loop. We then worked on the design of the robots themselves as a multi-functional modular and moving system.
